Cheese is best wrapped in clingfilm and kept in the salad part of fridge
– remove to room temperature about an hour before eating
Change clingfilm every 5days or so to prevent growth of surface mould
With a large piece of cheese smear one of the cut edges with butter and slice
cheese from the other edge – this will prevent cheese drying out or
moulding on that edge
Our cheeses can be frozen but tend to be a little crumbly when defrosted
